The sprawling 31-stall market and test kitchen in the city\u2019s Underwood Hills neighborhood is a collaboration between celebrity chef and Bizarre Foods host Andrew Zimmern and Robert Montwaid \u2014 the man behind Gansevoort Market in New York City.<\/p>\n<p>Zimmern and Montwaid see the market as a snapshot of the Atlanta food scene, with stalls featuring everything from brick-oven pizzas, decadent cookies, ramen, and Southern and soul food twists on breakfast to dishes influenced by the foods found in South Africa, Thailand, and India.<\/p>\n<p>The pair say they want to fill Chattahoochee Food Works with chefs and culinary entrepreneurs seeking an accessible entry point to experiment with and grow their food businesses in Atlanta.
