Atlanta Business Chronicle<\/em> – The soon-to-open food hall that is part of a massive mixed-use development in Atlanta’s “Upper Westside” is adding three Asian restaurant stalls and a bottle shop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Banh Mi Station, Flying Fish Sushi & Robata Grill, Sakura Ramen Bar and Sakura Sake & Gift are planned for Chattahoochee Food Works, according to business license and building permit applications filed with the city of Atlanta. Chattahoochee Food Works is the dining centerpiece of The Works, an 80-acre adaptive-reuse project being developed by Atlanta real estate firm Selig Enterprises Inc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sakura Ramen Bar and Sakura Gift are owned by by Anna Grace, according to a spokesperson for the food hall. The restaurant will serve traditional ramen selections such as tonkotsu as well as vegan, broth-less ramen with Beyond meatballs. In addition to the ramen, yakitori and traditional izakaya appetizers such as takoyaki and gyoza will be available. Sakura Ramen Bar will have an e-commerce site with online ordering, catering, delivery and a monthly chef’s tasting menu with sake pairing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
