The only thing missing was a place for people to live. That changed last year when Selig Enterprises and GID opened\u00a0Westbound at the Works<\/span><\/span>. The development was named the 2024 CoStar Impact Award winner for multifamily development of the year in Atlanta, as judged by a local team of real estate professionals familiar with the market.<\/p>\n
